Deutsche Post AG Industry: Logistics Country: Germany A lot of people talk the talk, but only a handful dare to walk the walk and outsource their IT service processes—Deutsche Post is one of the few to have taken the plunge. It is necessary to establish and monitor 500 SLAs in order to make further progress in controlling and optimizing processes. For Deutsche Post, this now happens via a specific portal. This portal is a business cockpit that uses ARIS PPM and ARIS WebPublisher software.
